This was a fun thread in the past in the Wii forum and am surprised no one ever seemed to start one over here. They're usually fun reads, so here goes. Feel free to rate my collection, then post yours so others can do the same! (Perhaps even take the extra step and see if you can speculate on the gamer's preferred gaming style ).

@caheaton A curious collection. I give you 5 points for having a disc of Need for Speed - I've wanted it for ages but given I got it free on Origin I'm not going to spend £30-40 to secure a UK PAL copy for Wii U.

But I have to deduct those points a you have several of the (generally considered) best games on the system missing.

No SM3DW, Splatoon, Bayonetta 1&2, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Yoshi's Woolly World, Mario Maker, Pikmin 3, Tropical Freeze? I mean, these titles are kinda the definitive games on the system.

Edit: And I meant to mention Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD too.

But you do have Mario Kart 8, the best game ever, so all is forgiven. Nearly.

Thanks for the rating, logged into the wiiu last night and realized I forgot a few. I also have:
Out of this World, Star Fox Guard and The Fall.

Anyway, I'm planning on picking up Xenoblade X and likely Tropical Freeze (but have been holding off since I haven't finished Country Returns). Will also likely get Pikmin 3 at a future date. As for SM3DW and Yoshi's Wolly...I looked at the trailers and they just didn't grab me. Likewise the Bayonetta titles. Tried the demos, but they just weren't my taste. Likewise no interest in Mario Maker. Maybe Splatoon, but did try it out once at the store and it didn't do much for me (though maybe that wasn't a fair trial). I'd also like to start giving the Zelda titles a go one of these days...never got into those but the latest one likely will be the one I start with. (I enjoy games with large open worlds that I'm free to explore...probably why I'm one of the few people who actually LIKE No Man's Sky on the PS4 ! )

As for MK8...yes, it's my favorite game on the system and the one which get the most playing time.

@caheaton Splatoon is my favorite game on Wii U. If you don't plan on getting a Switch, I HIGHLY recommend picking it up.

Its hard to rate a collection, there is always personal preferences involved. Personally I would give it a 3 out of five. But only because you have ea and ubisoft games -

otherwise I guess its pretty good

The few I'm thinking of, off the top of my head, missing from yours are Need for Speed, Art Academy Atelier, Assassin's Creed IV, and the Mario & Sonic Olympics games. nono89: RE: Snoopy's Grand Adventure. I've always been a fan of the Peanuts cartoon (was the first book I bought way back as a kid in 1966...still have it . Plus, it's a nice simple fun platformer that I find rather charming. (A nice contrast to most of my games on the PS4 which are rather dark...e.g., Until Dawn or DriveClub if you see how I drive ).

Dreamliner: A pretty solid collection of the core first party titles, though I'd add some of the top Indie titles, always good to support the little guy (and sample some different experiences). Rayman is a classic.

Gabriel17: Quite a large collection with a nice mix of game styles. I'd say it's a solid collection. It includes a couple titles I'm not familiar with and will have to look in to .

Andrzej777: A solid collection of first party games along with the addition of another classic platformer. It's one that I could likely be happy with . As you may have noticed, mine is dominated by indies, but I'm planning on picking up more first party titles while I still can. Several of your titles are one's that I want to acquire as well (Xenoblade, likely a couple Zelda's, Starfox and a few others).
