Just joined and I’ve been following NintendoLife since I got my Switch when they first came out and enjoy browsing through the forums which are generally friendly, informative and amusing.

I was wondering what’s the most amount of digital games people have managed to squeeze onto their Switch. Here’s my collection :

10-15Gb – Zelda BOTW, Skyrim, Warframe

5-10Gb – Okami, Rocket League, Lego City, Paladins, Splatoon 2, Valkyria Chronicles, Perception, Mario Kart 8, Night in The Woods, Super Mario Odyssey, Hollow Knight

2.5-5Gb – Worms WMD, Grim Fandango, Mario Rabbids, Snake Pass, Fortnite, Super Bomberman R, Overcooked 2, Mark of The Ninja, Planet Alpha, Darkest Dungeon, ARMS, Urban Trial Playground, Chess Ultra, Lego Worlds, Football Manager 19, Pool Panic, Pixeljunk Monsters 2

0-2.5Gb – Sexy Brutale, Serial Cleaner, Uno, Oxenfree, Flame in The Flood, Crypt of The Necrodancer, Fallout Shelter, Captain Toad, Human: Fall Flat, Tiny Metal, 1-2 Switch, Mugsters, Puyo Puyo Tetris, Stikbold! Dogeball, Minecraft, White Knight, Overcooked, Fast RMX, Golf Story, Rive, Death Squared, Tumbleseed, Thumper, Toki Tori 1+2, West of Loathing, Tetris 99, Towerfall, Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, Enter The Gungeon, Zen Bound 2, Bad North, Slayaway Camp, Sonic Mania, Cat Quest, Bomb Chicken, Wargroove, Minesweeper Genius, SteamWorld Dig 1+2 & Heist, Crawl, Swords and Soldiers, Axiom Verge, One More Dungeon, Color Zen, PAN-PAN, Element, World of Goo, Carcassone, Swap This, Drawful 2, Inversus, Mutant Mudds Collection, Downwell, Retro City Rampage

Also got some Neo Geo and arcade games and NES online. Sorry about the long list but I wanted to show how many great games there are for the Switch and all the variety there is. It doesn’t always have to be about huge AAA games but there are still some big games on my list. I don’t understand why people complain there aren’t enough games or they’re thinking of giving up their switch because not enough new releases coming out. I’ve got over ninety great games on a 256Gb card and still got over 30Gb left! It’s not that expensive to get that size card now with the cheapest being around £25. If anyone wants to know about a game, just ask me.

It will be a different story once you start downloading the likes Doom and NBA where the game's are 20-30 GB+ a piece.

@OorWullie how you get a screenshot like that? Was that off the Docked mode?

Same here I got a 400gb with about 200gb left on it. I think I have 14 Digital and the rest Physical version.

Like, 90% of mine I had to archive. I'll likely upgrade to a micro SD card thats twice the size soon. For reference, O think I have a little over 50 games, and around 30 are download only. Maybe 20 something are physical. Most of them I haven't even started yet. Monster hunter, mega man 11, and more just on the physical side.

I do stupid stuff on youtube.com/mysticbros, so check it out if your bored or whatever.
Or don't, it's your time after all.

@SwitchForce It takes a few steps but can do in 5 minutes if you have the right apps.

I took screenshots of 3 rows at a time, uploaded the images to Twitter from my Switch then downloaded them, cropped the edges, stitched them together vertically using DU Recorder, then placed 2 rows side by side using Collage Maker.

I had a 16 gb sd card that I used for a Raspberry pi laying around. I've bought physical copies of all my games, but I could have bought 6 out of my 8 games digitally without running out of storage. I also have Breath of the Wild and Super Smash Bros Ultimate, both which are around 14 gb.

Internal memory (20,6 gb)
1. DK Tropical Freeze 6,6 gb
2. Mario Odyssey (5,5 gb)
3. Kirby Star Allies (3,3 gb)
4. Crash n Sane (5,2 gb)

16 gb sd card (14,4 gb)
1. Lacrimosa of Dana (14,2 gb)
2. Axiom Verge (0,2 gb)

This isn't that much worse than my 500 gb PS4 which recently ran out of storage, though it was an easy choice to delete Killzone and Deus Ex.

@OorWullie that screenshot list was so impressive, wish I'd known how to do that before wearing down my fingers on that list

Since you still have to re-download archived games, you might as well delete them. Save data is separate if you want to keep that.... I only have about 30 games actually on my Switch SD card.

I really like the archive function, as it allows me to remember what's in my digital library, even if it's not presently installed on the system.

I am actually planning on picking up a 400GB card this weekend. I have nearly filled my 200GB card and a 400GB card isn't the monster crazy expensive thing it used to be.
