Please help: my son has a Nintendo Switch (working fine). I downloaded EA Sports FC 24 , installed it, started playing, but now everytime my son tries to play with his account the game doesn't open, and an error message pops up, but if I try playing with my parent account it works fine. I guess there must be some kind of security issue between Electronic Arts and Nintendo, but I just can't link the accounts so he can play with his own account!
I assume his account is age-restricted. Don't want the kids swiping their parent's credit card to open several thousands of dollars (pounds?) worth of club packs.
Not sure. I haven't played a FIFA game since the 90's. Before the gambling mechanics were introduced.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,529 games (as of November 20th, 2025)
Switch 2 Physical Collection - 3 games (as of November 23rd, 2025)
@_ashok It might be as Magician mentioned above. But, just in case it's not that... If you get an error code, you can put the error code in Nintendo Support's search bar to find out what most codes mean.

One reason why I use my info for my two Switch Family accounts with different emails to allow them to get eShop games if they want to pay themselves or get inexpensive eShop games.
