if you have played the game, tell me what you think about it is it any good because i plan to get the game , and i need some new games to kill time so please if you have played the game what was it like?
Yes, Advance Wars: Dual Strike is a brilliant game, and quite possibly the best on the DS as far as strategy games go. The core strategy game is still awesome with some nice new unit additions (I personally like the Stealth Fighter so I can ninja my oppontents) and a nice Campaign mode. It also has a lot of extra modes that extend the playability; games like Survival (see how far you can get within a turn limit and other such things) or Combat (a nice little real-time game) and you can also play a game with your friends if you so desire. The music is awesome, as always, and the characters are great. Really, I can't think of any reason not to get this game unless strategy games give you the flu.

Yes its awesome. The only problem is that a few select maps in the campaign require you to do exactly what the devolpers had in mind, and don't allow you to improvise much

As the others said, it's a great game, anyway i liked more Dark Conflict, because if i remember well Dual Strike had more options with characters and i find it more engaging to have some limits...at times i felt Dual Strike was too much based on special skills of the CO. It's just a personal preference! But it's a long time that i don't play them anymore, so i can be wrong, and sorry for my english, it's not always easy to explain myself, i speak italian
Ja it great game and one of my favorites on the DS. Only problem is you can create only 3 Design Maps, unlike DoR where you can make 50! AWDS has more options, though, and is worth your S$$$.
