Topic: What's the solution? DRM for the 3DS

I'm just wondering.... I don't like having my digital games tied to the system as I'm afraid about losing them if my 3DS ever stops working, I want an account system but I don't want to have to log online to play digital games a la xbox one....... so is there any system that will allow us to redownload our games even if we lose our system without exposing Nintendo to piracy or subjecting us to annoying DRM? I'm trying really hard but can't think of one....

Your games and (most of the) system data is saved to the SD Card. Redownloading on a new system ain't possible till they put in the accounts later this year (allegedly or something). Just tough it for now, okay?

Stay safe, kids: Make sure to save frequently during multiplayer, and always use a stylus!

No one knows for sure at this point. The games are locked onto your system for the time being.
