That's why I waited until I had a good stock of bells to really do the stalk market. I finally got the stamp for earning over 10 million bells about a month ago, and I did it all entirely on my own island. But that meant I had to be sure I was okay losing some bells if I happened to have a declining week. It is really nice to not have to worry about turnips anymore, though.
The money is not the problem. I have more than enough. Flick and C.J. are my main sources.
Worst case scenario is I buy new turnips on Sunday and try again next week but if I can get anything decent out of this week this would be amazing.
@Cosmofantasmo Yeah...I've been checking my island's turnip prices daily, and I never got prices over 150. Really sorry about that. Hopefully you still got a good profit.

Are there many people still playing this? With Euro 2020 round the corner I made a collection of footy kits for all the teams. Hope these are useful for someone here!
Just wanted to say that I'm still around! I haven't been playing New Horizons too much since I kinda got burnt out on it, but I still play it on occasion. Hope everyone's still doing well.

I honestly forgot the game existed. Mainly since I have other games to play honestly. I'm just hoping the next animal crossing game is better than this one, and they don't do this update model again.. but seeing as how the game sold well, I feel like it's probably best to assume animal crossing is no longer for people like me.

Next Animal Crossing won't be old style anymore since the build sim aspect is the main selling point for new Animal Crossing games.
Nintendo should keep this model and upgrade into The Sims + Dragon Quest Builders style for better result. Feeling lonely, playing with randomness, yada yada yada are history now, not even something interesting for nowadays casual gamers and gamer like me.
I still play, but I'm really burned out and struggle to care about it these days.
I'm not sure if New Horizons is worse or if I've grown up faster than the series. I don't think it's bad, but the focus on online/social aspects really ruins it for me.
The updates need to improve but I doubt they will at this stage. Maybe a big update once in a while to overhaul or add features but this might be it...
@DarthNocturnal I was thinking that it would be nice to have a sort of notification once your tools are on the verge of biting the dust. Like, Breath of the Wild lets you know ahead of time when your weapon is about to break, so it's kinda surprising that this game doesn't have that. But yeah, bulk crafting would be sweet. I do like the Mario furniture items for sure...but I want more of it. lol

These look great! Definitely downloading for my son.
In the other topic I can say, that I’ve completed the game in the way that I accomplished everything I wanted to. I know I will return to it on a regular basis to befriend my current villagers and get some new I still want. I’ve finished my island redesign and updated my dream address if anyone wants to visit and check it out. There are still some empty spaces left in the hope that there will be significant updates.
