I also hope the 3DS version has Download play and online play (most likely),so that my friends without the game could battle with me. SO looking forward to a portable Smash Bros., I really think that's where it's gonna be at, with all the 3DS button smashing. XD Plus, I don't even have a Wii U. Doesn't matter, 3DS ROCKS DS HOUSE!!!!~
Woo-hoo! This E3's gonna be FULL of great games! Oh, and I really hope they keep some of the unlockable characters from Brawl, including Sonic, but giving him some more pizzazz in his moves. I dunno, felt something was missing from his attack style/roster, if that even makes sense. Also, I think another sega character like Knuckles would be good, cause since he's very much the cool fighting character that would fit much better than side characters like Tails or others of the Sonic gang in a SSB game.~ (My opinion everytaco!) XD
@Windy I think you could transfer your games legally from your first 3DS to your extra one but you would have to do the complete Transfer Data from the System Settings and transfer everything to your extra 3DS. If that doesn't or didn't work cause of SD card downloaded games memory not transfering or something else then you could give Nintendo a call and ask someone there for help. (Btw, I completely agree with your words on piracy as stealing. )
Feliz' Navidad! Well, I got for Christmas: Clothing, accidental women gear (to be changed for men, heh don't ask), more clothing. As early gifts from my mom: Excalibur Sonic Figure, Rainbow Dash plush, Mario Kart 7, and a used copy of Super Mario 3D Land (which I had to buy myself with the only money I had). And my step-dad probably told me he got me a Gamestop gift card. That's pretty much it, and this year was what I'd call a haul since I don't really get much for Christmas, while my friends and others get loaded. (heck, one of my friends got over a hundred bucks and 3DS games and about 7 gifts from me, another got an Android tablet and 2 games from me, and another friend got a Kindle Fire) I never really think as Christmas about getting gifts though, I only wish to think it as about spending time with family and friends. I really wish I could see my family in Mexico right now, I really miss them. :')
Maybe SEGA has a different reason for suing Level-5 then what we're hearing? I don't think they'd literally sue because of a touch screen method from another game, not even for money. I wouldn't ever stoop to that if I had a game company, at least. C'mon people, think common sense, not even SEGA would do it for that sole reason..... at least I would hope not.

I'm thinking about getting this game sometime. It looks really fun, something that may keep me playing for long periods in several sittings. Not to mention the amazing shiny and real-like stickers. Nintendo's getting way better at the designing of games these days and making the games so visually appealing, both console to handheld.~
