Lol. Benadryl makes you loopy? It's amazing how people can respond differently to medications, but it definitely happens. Benadryl has always knocked me out, which is why I buy the childrens liquid version, so I can take 1/4 -1/2 dose. The childrens liquid version is only way I take benadryl anymore. They cherry flavor tastes decent too. Liquid benedryl is a win/win!

@WoomyNNYes I've been taking Benadryl since I was a tiny little child as a prescription. I take it as needed, and I'vebecome immune to any side effects of Benadryl because I take it at least 10 times a year generally. I used to take the childrens medication as prescription, and now I take the pill as prescription. I need it as prescription because most of the over the counter stuff has what I'm allergic to in it. Gotta love being allergic to red#40, which is in hecking everything.
