Guys....they both wont be allowed to line up atleast a week or less before the launch, rockefeller plaza has very strict rules. Where nintendo store is located they usually line up on Thursdays for Saturday Night Live, so they would be kicked out if they are not online for SNL. I used to work in the area and been to multiple launches so i kinda know how these things play out.
