Refunds for broken advertised promises should be mandatory! It's deceptive period and should have some consequences for those advertising advantages, products were supposed to have, but for whatever reason failed to deliver. While pre-ordering can be risky, and as someone that has no recollection of having ever pre-ordered a game that does not warrant being fleeced. A lot of victim blaming going on.
