Never having been doing the FPS thing online, well, virtually ever, I saw that the experience system makes for a fairly unfair battle environment if you happen to have unlocked everything and only have opponents in the sub-10s range... I gotta get IN on that! lol.

But, seriously, I do find that experience grinding is a bit strainuous, so I was wondering how you guys go about getting Goldeneye XP fast.

One idea I had was getting seven volunteers, entering Black Box mode, having each of us kill one another a few hundred times, then taking turns with the Black Box itself. Would this work?

I hear those proximity mines calling my name...

Yep sorry man but I dont powergame people just play the game like everyone else and earn your stripes. We all are doing it that way.

The best, legitimate, way to use all the different weapons because as you get more kills with the weapons you earn a whole lotta bonus exp. Playing on the different modes can really help too.

i agree that you need to actualy play the game and earn your points, but the ranking system is a bit harsh for those new to online fps.
i find it far less enjoyable to play against people that are constantly able to shoot me at virtualy every angle, at almost any distance.
they should have made golden eye so that you join games with people on similar exoerience points. and those who are willing to play the game and learn the best tactics will eventualy rise through the ranks. and those who are genrally crap at fps will actually get a chance to win a few games every now and again.
as it stands, golden eye`s online game is very biased towards those who play fps game on a regular basis.

There shouldn't be a ranking or XP system at all, in my opinion, anyway...

"Don't make enemies, they'll stab your heart; don't make friends, they'll stab your back. Including me, including you, all men are trash. Don't love; don't be loved. Have nothing to do with other; live in isolation."

Well you guys are no help, lol. =P

But I guess there is something to be said for doing it the old fashioned way. Mwahaha!!!

But in all seriousness, the one I'm itching to get to first is the multi-tasker gadget. SMG + Sniper Riffle? Sounds good to me!

there are three good ways i've used. one is to just be a badass- get high killstreaks, win matches, keep a kill to death ratio of at least 2:1, and you'll be rewarded with lots of little bonuses that can regularly add up to 1500 per match.

the second is to keep using different weapons to unlock their XP bonuses. once you've leveled one gun up enough switch to a new one and start it again. the bonus for finishing a gun is 600 points, with a lot of smaller ones along the way.

third is to play heroes mode. you get 50 XP points every time you kill an enemy hero, 60 if you punch them to death. if you really go after the enemy hero you can rake up some fair points, not to mention it's also the fastest way to win that game.

For a moment there I thought you abandoned the game and were going back to Super Mario Galaxy, lol.
