Oh, boy.
I was browsing again PS3 games library from internet and I have registered more than 70 titles. 😃
My target is reaching 80 PS3 games.
I have to consider another 20 PS3 games with some potential yet still safe to play for kids and teenager.
Some titles I considered such as Sorcery (Move), Kung Fu Rider (Move), Eyepet & Friends, Planet 51, Rapala Pro Bass Fishing, etc.
Well, a lot of obscure titles but I saw some potential from them.

Been crossing my fingers for a Crash Team Racing sequel. And hopefully they'll have enough foresight to not have three 50 second load screens between online races. With 300 hours in both MK8 and CTR, I would rather keep racing CTR online (if it wasn't for CTR's load screens).

It's definitely interesting how all of MK8's competitors have ended up having big problems in some way that has meant MK8 is the main racing game for nearly 10 years. CTR massively reduced Team Sonic Racing's playerbase by launching only a month later, multiple issues with Activision means franchises like Crash are dead (CoD's the only franchise that survived), Chocobo GP focused too much on microtransactions and was too close to MK8 Deluxe DLC, Disney Speedstorm seems to have the same problems as Chocobo GP, etc.

Shiny Galarian Yamask in Shield after 1903 encounters!

This was both incredibly painful yet also incredibly fun. I somehow managed to phase on a random Rhyperior in the Isle of Armor whilst farming Apricorns which, as you can imagine, was a wild experience. I am so happy to finally have my Yamask though and I definitely would encourage anyone with a moderate interest in shiny hunting to do random encounters at least once. I named them Clay as a double pun of both the material it's made of and.... something that's a bit more obvious if you think about it long enough.

@Grumblevolcano
Well, I played other kart racing games like Team Sonic Racing PS4, Cars 3 PS4 (Disney Pixar), Cars 2 PS3 (Disney Pixar), Skylanders Superchargers Wii U, F1 Race Stars PS3, Modnation Racers PS3, racing games from Go Vacation Wii / Switch, My Sims Racing Wii, etc, not just only Mario Kart games.
I didn't see any problem from those kart racing games as their presence are the diversity of kart racing games, not even a competitor of Mario Kart games.

@Fizza
I personally never understand the hype of hunting the shiny Pokemon as I saw some shiny Pokemons have worse color palettes than original and I prefer their original color than shiny colors.
Yokai Watch games have alternative color palettes Yokai like shiny Pokemons but they can be obtained way easier than shiny Pokemon (no gambling found) as they are registered as individual Yokai with different name and different rank.

Also, I want to give my thought about the games from 7th gen machines (Wii, PS3, XBOX 360).
I think I'm agree with the opinion that said 7th gen games were like experimental games with a lot of trial and error which some new ideas were success, some of them really flopped.
Wii success with motion play made Sony and Microsoft lost their focus and they added their experimental games like Wii with their gimmick.
Move on PS3 was like better version of Wiimote but there aren't so many Move games with appealing ideas than Wii games.
Kinect games on XBOX 360 was like HD version of Eye Toy PS2 games with some of the games were nailed, the other was really flopped.
Both Move and Kinect games are really decent than Wii games with more diversity in using Wiimote to play the games.
I personally like this idea from 7th gen games despite I felt their games don't really have very strong value than games from 8th gen (PS4) and 9th gen (Switch, PS5) with better ideas without too many gimmicks like 7th gen games.
After I registered more PS3 games on my list, I found a lot of my PS3 games are very obscure games with experimental ideas like Move games or very underrated games from non popular things.

@Anti-Matter I'm a big fan of a lot of the palette swaps in Yo-Kai Watch as well (there's some really good looking ones on ones like Kyubi for instance). The thing that make Shinies valuable for me however would be their rarity. There's nothing more dopamine inducing than finding a random one in the wild when the odds are so monumentally stacked against you in that regard and that's what always keeps me coming back. Completely understand why you're not a fan (I couldn't fathom why people would put themselves through this kind of thing either until about 2 years ago), I just really like it personally.

@Anti-Matter Of course when you want to play single player or local multiplayer there is plenty of other options but when it comes to online it's pretty much MK8 only.

I decided to go on Legends Arceus for a half hour after this to unwind and get some dex entries done and I managed to find both a random shiny Kadabra (which was evolved into an Alakazam, completing the line for my shiny living dex) and an outbreak shiny Quilava which I evolved into a shiny Hisuian Typhlosion (only Decidueye remains and I'll have all the shiny starters). I nicknamed it Kazuma in admittedly poor taste and also managed to perfect the dex entries of Electabuzz and Skorupi as well. Overall a very good day in the office!

@Grumblevolcano Yeah that's what I've been seeing more recently. @TheJGG is likely right on this one, with the BCP's wave 1 courses bringing people back to the game. It certainly got me playing it more often, that's for sure.

@reporterdavid All righty gotcha. I think I'll hold off on it for the time being, especially if I don't get any better at it after the demo's online is done.

@Sunsy That's cool, so pretty much to have it on your 3DS. I've done that with a few SNES games as well, I got them via the My Nintendo discounts a while back. Thanks! I heard Planet Robobot is really good. I'm also thinking of getting Pac-Man Museum+ for the Switch at some point, a friend of mine says it's great.

Thanks for the suggestion. That does sound like a really nice watch actually! Good to see you've been enjoying DreamWorks' movies. Most of the animated movies I've seen were from Disney, but I've seen others too. There's a movie from Warner Bros. called The Iron Giant - I've seen it as a kid and I liked it quite a lot, plus not a lot of people have really talked about it. I even caught it on Netflix one time.

@Sunsy I find drawing to be a stress reducer as well as a way to refocus my attention. The only danger is if my mind starts to wander to other pastures. I've found it's best for me to have hobbies that engage me both physically and mentally.

@MarioLover92 Ultimately the strings weren't too bad, but I don't recommend swollen fingers for some tasks. 😅 Your poor brother! Jellyfish stings are nothing to laugh at I'm sure. Bumblebees are pretty common here, and they're generally as docile as their European honeybee cousins...just more solitary.

Yep, hands and some facial features typically give me the most trouble. There was a point in my childhood where I wanted to be an artist for a living, but I definitely couldn't live off of my art. XD I suppose I just need more practice.

@ogo79 Some folks in comment sections get pretty dramatic. Maybe they just need more boexes in their life? =3

Beat My Little Pony A Maretime Bay Adventure today. It was short, but as a fan, I loved it. It's a collect-a-thon with some fetch quests and mini-games, but I loved the story in-game. It felt like something I'd watch from this series, and even teared up in one scene, like I did with A New Generation and the recent Make Your Mark special.

Also, kudos to the team for putting two character traits from the new special in the game. Make Your Mark and A Maretime Bay Adventure spoiler: Hitch can understand what animals are saying, and Zipp is a bit of a detective, which is acknowledged in this game and the new special.

I know most don't care for an MLP game, so most likely my thoughts here may be interesting for @Anti-Matter. Posting it for anyone who wants to see what I thought anyway. I'm glad I played it.

@MarioLover92 Yup, just to have the option of playing it there too. Thinking about putting Super Mario Kart on both Wii U and New 3DS, just to be able to play it there. Don't mind having favorites on multiple systems. I have Sonic 1 on almost every post-2000 system I have (Wii U is the only one). Sounds good.

You're welcome, your taste in animated movies is similar to mine, so hope you enjoy it if you ever watch it. Remember Trolls, not to be confused with its sequel Trolls World Tour (I like it too, but stuff is established in the first movie obviously). I've heard of that, but never seen it. Thing is, I know of the movie too because I remember the old trailers to the movie.

@Sunsy
So, for My Little Pony games, I noticed their looking looks more like human face rather than horse face since the have shorter jaw.
And the ponies characters are completely different than cartoon series (with Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Twilight, etc)
I'm still hoping the game will be available in my country so I can quickly order the game as I believe My Little Pony franchise is really popular in Indonesia.
Did you get other Nickelodeon games by OG Games ?

No good deed

Sunsy

@Tyranexx Indeed, it's always good to have something to do keep mind off things. I feel the same way too.

@Anti-Matter That's because this game is actually based of the new generation of My Little Pony, known as My Little Pony: A New Generation, or G5 as some fans put it. Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie are from Friendship Is Magic, or G4. This game is based on G5, which takes place 1000 years in the future. Same world though, in the movie, the mane six from G4 are seen as legends and heroes.

Hope you have fun and enjoy the game when you get it. I know I did. Nope I haven't played any other games by OG Games, this is the first time I've actually played one of their games.

Now that the datamine of NGPC games has unfolded, I've been wondering what could be in Vol. 3 since that's supposedly also coming (read the og post's comments for context). Personally I think it's time to release Card Fighters 2 translated and put together like the first game.

Hey guys, I've had a song stuck in my head that I cannot for the life of me remember and I was hoping one of you here might know what I'm talking about.

It's a song that's either from Gen 3 or 4 of Pokemon (I'm pretty sure Gen 3) that extremely fast paced and peppy. It's hard to write what it sounds like but it basically goes something like this:

Badooloom! badoo doo doo doo doo (<- rising notes) badooloom! badoo doo doo doo (<- rising notes) DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO DOO! (<- falling notes then shot back up on the last note)

I know that's the worst way to describe what I'm talking about but this has been driving me insane for the past hour and I need to know what it's called. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
