Really awesome collection you got there Corbs. Can you post a pic of your collection of recent and current generation consoles? And also kindly tell us here at NL how you got them.
@Corbie: I would love to come round your house one evening, get the tour of all your awesome retro gaming goodness (that latest pic is sweet I love how it's so well arranged, I'm a bit anal like that), whilst you rattle off interesting stories about the times you spent with my metal-heroes Pantera. My goodness that would rock, I'll bring the beer (crate)! And I'll even watch a game of American Football with you and pretend I know what's going on.
And about Phil being weird. You can imagine the effect he had on me as 13/14 yr old, he was my idol, not good! When I get to the pearly-gates (the ones that don't exist) and God waves her finger at me dis-approvingly, I shall blame Mr Anselmo for turning me into a bad boy.
I can't believe you've met them! The closest I ever got was one time when I saw Metallica at the MKBowl and Pantera where supporting and I was in The Pit. You have a new stalker fan.
Here is my current generation rig. Back just before the Wii was launched, I got a $7200 insurance refund check for being overcharged while I worked at the school previously. I used it to buy this 40" Samsung LCD-HDTV and all the game systems. I also outfitted it with the Dolby 5.1 surround sound system and every cable I have is a Monster cable. I even sprung for the Zektor 5.1 HD switcher. I wanted to go all out while I had the chance. The two Xbox 360's are a US model and a Japanese model. The joystick is for my import Xbox 360 console shooters and it's outfitted with a Seimitsu :S-32 stick just like my shooter arcade cabinet and I replaced the Seimitsu buttons with Samwa buttons, also like my cabinet. They're just a bit softer.
Well I say easily, I should have said easier. You unscrew 4 wing nuts and just rotate it around. But you do have to remove the bezel and rotate it as well, which has 8 screws and tends to fall on your head when you're removing it. LOL.
Here is my 16-bit rig and my favorite of the bunch, really. I have the JVC X'Eye (Sega Gensis and Sega CD in one), Mini Super NES, PC Engine Core Grafx 2 system w.Super-CD Rom attachment, and the white import Sega Saturn. I'm also the original owner of all of these as well. No used systems here.

WOW!, your hardware collection is awesome! , you're a true hardcore collector. As Vendetta, I'm glad those beauties are in the hands of someone who truly appreciates them.

Corbie I didn't know you were a fellow North Texan. At least I'm assuming you are, what with the meeting Pantera in Dallas and all. I'm from Fort Worth.

WOW, awesome systems Corbie. How much do people charge on eBay and Amazon for buying a JVC X'Eye?
