Diamond Darrell was the guitarist!! The drummer was his brother.
You talking bout Dimebag Darrell? .... Edit: Never mind, I looked it up and they were both his nicknames according to wikipedia. I had only heard dimebag thought. Thank you behind the music and your brainwashing me.
Thanks to this thread, I am now listening to Cowboys from Hell. Graaaargh!
Right, back on topic people.
@tails86: My Wii# is there for all to see. But just post it here dude, then Corbie can edit the title to 'Corbie and Tails' showing off all their awesome games thread'.
I've met Vinnie Paul many times in Dallas. I used to listen to Pantera a lot, but not so much anymore. I always preferred the first two albums over the later stuff. And I wasn't a big fan of Damageplan.

Dude, you've met Vinnie wtf! You're like my hero n stuff now. Wow!
I LOVE Cowboys from Hell and VDoP and Far Beyond Driven etc, they're my favourite metal band by some way, been listening to them for what, 15yrs now. Dimebag taught me to play the guitar and Phil Anselmo showed me how to be an excessive psycho, lol. The glam stuff, not so much. F***ing hostile dude!
A girl I graduated high school with was married to Rex Brown, the bass player. Belinda and I used to be close so I'd go visit her in Dallas and got to meet the guys in Pantera a few times. Great guys and very sad what happened to Dime. And Phil is a weird dude.
And as for the ponytail, I thought now that I worked for a gaming media site, I needed to be more eccentric. Plus my wife hates it, so it's win/win.
Is that your Starfy T-shirt your wearing there Corbie?
There is something strangely enjoyable about looking at other peoples gaming collections, especially when it is of a sizable amount such as yours, I look forward to seeing more!!
Yeah, that's the good ole Starfy shirt. And I too enjoy looking at other people's gaming stuff. I once told a guy that published books that he needed to make a coffee table book with nothing but pictures of people's gaming collections. I'd buy it in a second.
Here's another pic for today. This is my pre-1985 gaming rig which consists of my: Colecovision w/modules, Intellivision, Atari XEGS, Atari 2600, Odyssey 2, Commodore 64, Atari 5200, and Vectrex. The Vectrex, Atari 5200, and Commodore 64 got cut out as this rig is in a recess in my gaming room and I couldn't get far enough back to fit them all in. I'll try to snap a new pic with the others in there sometime. I am the original owner of all of these systems. I also have a few Pong systems boxed up that I don't keep connected any longer due to space limitations in this house.
There was a thread posted here by Tails86 and i believe it has alot of pictures of Nintendo life's users gaming stuff. I wish i could find it,but it's buried way too far by other threads.
@corbie check out my newest addition to my collection, don't ask why but it just looked like it belonged in my collection.
I don't think i have ever seen someone with so many retro gaming peripherals, I am not worthy. I almost rather have those gaming devices than all of my nic nacs.
