Hey my family was thinking about getting a PS3 slim and I was wondering if it is backwards compatible with PS2 games and that sort of thing. I know this has been asked before and people said it was but I did some resarch or whatever and saw that it wasn't on some other sites like Famitsu. This won't keep us from buying one if we are going to get one but I really liked alot of the PS2/1 games. I know I can buy some games on the PS Network. Also, I was wondering if the PSP Go is worth it even though it is UMD less and stuff. I think I'm starting to really like Sony's stuff because of all the features so don't give me dumb answers or say that I'm dumb because I'm seriously just curious.

Remember you can still buy download-only games (PSP games, PSOne Classics, minis, etc.) on the normal PSPs, so don't get ripped off getting a Go just for that.

The PSP-1000 was very unreliable in every single way, but ever since the PSP-2000 I haven't really heard any problems from legit users... the only complaint is the low battery duration, which is a problem with every single PSP, but it was even worse on the PSP-1000... the battery lasts a bit longer when using a game from the Memory Stick instead of an UMD, but on my PSP, the battery life difference is barely noticeable...
