Edit: @SuperPeach I'm going to try to be on in the morning tomorrow if you want to hunt. Its been far to long since we hunted together. Maybe H-Mac can join us since I've haven't hunted with him either in forever!
Someone know a easy way to get Rathalos or Rathian plate? Im capturing them with Baggi armor set and breaking and cutting all except the tail. Killed/Captured at least 14 Rathalos and 35 Rathian.

You might be fighting a lost cause! Many a tale of hunter seeking the plates of the legendary birds and few have found them in low rank! You need to get to high rank its seems like the drop rate is better but good luck finding rubies in high rank next. I've heard of people fighting over 100 rathians just to get one plate in low rank!

You need to cut the tail!!!!! Tails carves are best way to get a Plate in my experience. Though like Tech said, High Rank FTW.

I cant cut tails with my bowgun even using slicing bullets.
Then you're just getting bad luck, man. It's too bad you can't get tail carves because like Jay said they have the best drop rate. Plates are really rare in low rank either way, so just keep at it. Can't do much more than that really.

I will keep killing Rathian and Rathalos even if they got extinct !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Epic - Do you play or plan on playing on-line? Because if you do, the second you hit High Rank you are going to be so mad you spent hours and days hunting for the stupid Plate for what is now stupid crappy armor. >:[
Ugh, Capcom replied saying no plans for MH 3DS. T_T EDIT: ....Ok I KNOW I said not this week...but I'm bored, so I may show up online tonight. Wanna try and get some stuff done offline though. (need more honey anyways)

Jhen Morran i thought that was an event quest but well count me in I beated him with random people. SUGGESTION: NEVER TOUCH THE DRAGONATOR UNLESS YOU KNOW THE EXACT MOMENT TO USE IT. He wiill be down after some attacks with dragon weapons or Dragon bullets.
