Fair warning, I almost never am able to hit up stops on this account. This is essentially a home phone. So I don't usually have gifts to give. But I do check it daily to open gifts, and catch a few Pokemon. So I'll still be raising friendship level on a daily basis.
I'm also not against you using it to add/delete for field/special research. I take no offense if people delete me.
I try to send gifts whenever possible. Will be easier from next week once I move to a bigger place.
