I ordered a bundle from the Nintendo store that included a switch lite, case and download code for animal crossing new horizons but I didn’t receive the game code. I’ve brought it up with Nintendo through their message service and have messaged back and forth at least 20 times but it’s been nearly a month with no refund or new game code. Just wondered if anyone else has had a problem with trying to get refunds, and any advice on how to actually get a refund! Thanks
@Bec571 I think I recall someone here having the same issue a year or two ago. In their case, the download code was on the receipt of the purchase, and that was the solution.
If that doesn't solve your issue, and you can't call Nintendo, then I think you need to communicate with the manager to resolve the issue, or the boss's boss, whoever has the power to resolve the issue. Ask what they need from you to resolve the issue. Or ask, what you have to do to redeem the game you paid for.
