Topic: Coming Soon pre-order question

I'm using a European (French) account on my Nintendo Switch and would like to purchase Dragon Ball FighterZ but it seems to not be up for pre-order in the Coming Soon option in the European eShop.
Does anyone know if there's been a case like this before and if maybe I'll be able to preload it soon or will I need to purchase American eShop cards?

@C-P Not all games that are coming doon have a pre order. Some eshop games won't let you pre order at all.
