Hey folks I'm back. Just thought I'd ask, which Digimon game on the Switch is best ideal for newcomers like me to the series? Since I love so much of Pokémon and anime stuff, would Digimon be worth checking out in a fresh new way? And even wondering, do all or one of the Digimon games on Switch feature Renamon as well? I like her appearance around same level as Krystal, and dream of getting her like I used to want Charizard in Pokémon FireRed because of his cool character and eventually got him in desire, once upon a time. It's also nice to see that Digimon can talk unlike Pokémon as another reason why I plan to begin playing Digimon through experience. What's your opinion? Is Digimon worth looking into?

One last thing - not just Renamon I find interesting, but Agumon and those other classic characters (don't know who are) once depicted on the European cover of Digimon World 1 for PSX, too.

My favourite games: Super Mario, Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Star Fox, Pokémon, SSB, Sonic, Rayman, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Pepsiman, Elder Scrolls, Turok, Halo, Grand Theft Auto, and various others.

I'm also trying to get into Digimon, but it's really hard to get into, the games are all so different a lot are just plain bad and there's something like 1500 Digimon. Cyber Sleuth/Hackers memory is the closest to a 'Pokemon' experience, but it's still very different in the fact you have to de-evolve Digimon to get the ones you want/best stats and it's hard to get your head around if you've played Pokemon all these years, but it's the best one imo, but I haven't finished them yet. Survive was ok but its mostly a visual novel and the tactical gameplay isn't that fun. As for the recently released World Order, I absolutely hated it, but I think it just wasn't for me, but if you have a lot of patience and like stat menus and virtual pets you might like it.
