Yes my family had one, but it was mostly my big brother who played it, not me.

I didn't get properly introduced to video games until the game boy pokemon games.

Nope, my family was a PlayStation family and before that SEGA. First Nntendo home console was Gamecube, first handheld Gameboy colour.

@Nobodys_Angel, ah. I had the navy blue SP :3

Well, my first system was the family SNES, so no. I picked one up a few years ago, though. (Pretty sure teenager does not count as "child" in this context)

Yes I did (young teen). Quite the jump from Atari. I had a Commodore 64 at that time, too.

Nope, I had a Master System (Genesis to some of you) and my bro had a Playstation which I had a few games for. When he moved house; he gave the PS to me. Nintendo covered my childhood with the handhelds.

I was born in 1996, so nope.

Backloggery. Now playing: 3D Dot Game Heroes, Donkey Kong, EarthBound Beginnings, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+.

RR529

Yep. I couldn't have been more than 3 or 4 years old at the time (the system was mainly my dad's & older brother's), but I still remember playing Super Mario Bros, and pausing before falling into a pit, so Mario wouldn't die, lol.

Also remember watching my dad play a lot of Tecmo Bowl.

Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)

Jani-Koblaney

Nope to both questions. My first game console was the Sega Genesis..

My parents had an NES, which I played when I was younger, and the first game I played as a..............1-2 year old baby, was Super Mario Bros.

Also Today, I own the NES I played as a baby (with 2 others, all 3 still work)

I made Sheldon & Mr. Randoms back on Flipnote Hatena, now i'm a kangaroo mod that has a funko pop collection!

I'm not keen politics since that stuff is spooky, I'd rather watch SpongeBob over Fox News anyways!

Technically no, but my dad had one that he let me play often, which is almost the same as having one myself. I even had my own games for it (TMNT II, Metroid, Tetris 2 and a few others).

Sure did. Got one shortly after the release here in NY — and none of that stripped down SMB-pack-in system, I got the full R.O.B., Gyromite and Duck Hunt set! Sadly I no longer have R.O.B. or the Zapper (or for that matter, the original game pads), but the NES still runs perfectly.

And I still have my Gyromite cart.

I've been around NES as far back as I can remember. I was handed controller 2 on 1 player games often, but I got 2 hand me down sets of NES consoles when I was 5 with a handful of games.
My cousins moved on to PS1 from the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis by that time, so I had 2 sets of NES systems.
There were probably at least 4 multiples of Super Mario Bros., as well as the Duck Hunt or World Class Track Meet. I had the Power Pad and the Zapper right from the get go.

I had a bit of Nintendo games.
