Topic: do you like streetpass?

anyone hate streetpass if your not in japan I do in my state I didnt even get 3 streetpasses and I got a 3ds on day 1 street pass is scarce here.

I love it. I doubted people would really carry their systems here, but apparently they do. I have like 70 different Miis on my Plaza. Finished both the Street Pass games too.

If you have problems getting any hits, try to have it with you once you go in to electronic stores or game stores. I usually get like 3-4 hits when I'm in the city just wondering around in electronic stores cause they have demo systems and stuff.

I like it, but it's a pain where I live. Haven't gotten a single one over here. but on my 2 days in D.C., i got like, 11.

I love the feature, but as Kid_Khaozarus said it's a pain in the butt were I live. Not one game store that I have been to has had ANYONE with a 3DS. I have only got 4 were I live 2 were from the airport and the others were prearranged. So far I have 11 Mii's in my plaza, I beat find a Mii using play coins.

I've got nearly 30. /me laughs at you all

Zip here. Not one StreetPass since I got 3DS on launch day. And I haven't given up either. Take it everywhere I go. So do I like it? Um, not so much right now...

How can I hate something I've never had the chance to use? (nor will I likely ever be able to use)

I'm over 100 now, and this is Sydney, a small city on the global scale.

I use public transport daily though, perhaps that's the secret?

Anyway, I like it, except that I've done everything I need to do with it. Nintendo needs to do more content in this.

In the UK it's pretty useful. Just going into the city centre(Manchester) guarantees a Streetpass hit and if you take it to any events(football matches, concerts, etc.) you can pick up multiple easily. I like it.

i like street pass when i street pass someone, other wise i could care less, nintendo needs to make more use of streepass, because what they have know is not enough.

I'm kinda on the fence about StreetPass. I have roughly 75 tags and 35 people in my plaza, which I guess is pretty good. Like Oregano and WaltzElf mentioned, cities and large events are great for getting tags; I got 5 out of 7 puzzles started from tags at Taste of Chicago and Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago. Ultimately, having beaten both StreetPass Plaza games and now having nothing to do with the Plaza, I'm hoping the new games Nintendo claims will be out by the end of this year will be meatier and longer lasting.

all of what you people are saying sound like a lie to me some people are over the 50s when I dont even have a rough 5 street passes I only have one person in my plaza aka me like I said in my last one MR.lonely

It's a great feature really.
Meeting people you don't know, then using their Miis to battle or solve puzzles is great!

I just picked up a 3DS yesterday so I'm crossing my fingers for StreetPass opportunities!

Generally I like the feature. Hits have been fairly scare for me, usually getting them only in big shopping centres or city centres. Only got 3 at a video games conference, which was disappointing, but got quite a few the other week on a trip to London.

My concern with Street Pass is that bought software which supports it simply won't yield any hits. I've had about 8 with Street Fighter, which was one of the most popular launch titles, but none from any other software which supports it (Lego games only, I think). I think the lack of hits for bought software will discourage developers from putting the time in to supporting the feature (I certainly wouldn't bother putting it in Digger Dan 3DS) which is a real shame, as it's a great fun feature.
