5Wheels2050Mon 9th Jul 2012 Can you get away with arguing that the product wouldn't be in a competing market and therefore using the 'i' branding is OK? Maybe? (I seem to remember reading something about that once, although I have next to no knowledge of copyright law). I used to have a blog link here.
