Fallon never went to E3, he had all the Devs come to his show the week after.

I'm all for indie games when they look like compelling paid experiences. Steamworld Dig and Liberation Maiden are good examples of ones I've played.

However, I've played a lot of free flash games in all my years, so when I see an indie game that looks like a flash game, consider me unimpressed.

So apparently Dead Island 2 is being created by the creators of Spec Ops: The Line.

So just to be clear, the amiibo figures will NOT be necessary to have the characters in game right? I mean I could still play as link or mario without the amiibo correct?

Yeah, the amiibo is just to have character's that kind of break the base game, and because its the big title for this year.

Thanks I may pick up a few but I didn't want to have to invest in them just to unlock a character.
