It runs without a hitch at 60fps, looks incredible in both TV and tabletop modes and offers an addictive free-flowing combat formula that sprinkles in platforming, light exploration and a ridiculous story to create something that you simply need to experience. The first Bayonetta game is a rollicking good time, full of fast-paced hack-and-slash action. Bayonetta 2 is more of the same, but in the best possible way; it's faster, flashier, and more fun. The same bonkers storyline is continued from the first game, and once again it doesn't take itself seriously at all. While this is a port from the Wii U, it makes the jump without any sacrifices and perhaps slightly improved performance. Highly recommended!
