There have been rumours for ages now about Super Nintendo World receiving a Donkey Kong expansion of sorts.
Dataminers previously uncovered evidence of DK stickers within the Universal Studios' Super NIntendo World mobile app, and now, a Donkey Kong fan account on Twitter has shared some concept art of the themed land, apparently "confirming the existence" of the "Donkey Kong Country" section of the park.
It's further noted how the signage - which you can see under the archway, is inspired by Donkey Kong Country Returns.
This latest concept art leak follows on from some aerial photographs of the park that were shared online in March, which seemingly suggested a new area was on the way. Way back in 2019, there were also some concept models - featuring Donkey Kong's area.
In somewhat related news, there's a rumour that a new Donkey Kong game might be in development.

I do hope if the rumours are to be believed that a new Donkey Kong game is in development, that it’s not given the “New” treatment that Mario had, it was okay on the DS and maybe alright at best on the Wii, but the series was bland and lacklustre, Mario and Donkey Kong should be inspiring and amazing. If it’s 2D I don’t see how they can better the series after Retro’s Tropical Freeze. For it to be groundbreaking again, they would need to bring Donkey Kong into 3D again.

I don't see it, but there was a rumor from a few weeks ago (take with a huge grain of salt) that Universal Studios Japan was planning an interactive Pokémon ride to replace their version of the Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man.
A potential new game, the park. Maybe DK will get a fun 40th anniversary.
It looks like the section is more themed after Retro Studio's version of DKC and not Rare's. I'm still hoping to see some Kremlings in there and some other animal buddies that weren't in Retro's DKC-game. It would be disappointing for me, if this DKC section would ignore some of DKC's most iconic characters such as Lanky Kong, King K. Rool, Enguarde or Squitter and will instead focus more on one-offs such as the Tiki Tak Tribe or the pink dodos from Tropical Freeze.
