Team17 and Ghost Town Games have announced that Overcooked! All You Can Eat – a new, standalone release featuring both base games, all previously-released DLC and more – will be launching on Switch this March.
The game includes Overcooked, Overcooked 2, all DLC, seven new levels, and a brand assist mode, all remade for this latest release. All You Can Eat launched for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S towards the end of last year, but now Switch owners will also be able to tuck into the best package the series has offered to date.
Naturally, the Switch version can't offer the 4K visuals available elsewhere, and will sadly be locked to 30fps rather than the 60fps offered on rival platforms. It will, however, include cross-platform multiplayer so that you can play with friends across all systems thanks to an update arriving post-launch.
- Every mouthful: Includes every piece of Overcooked! and Overcooked! 2 content, remastered and available in 60 frames per second in up to 4K resolution (30fps / no 4K on Switch)
- Multiple multiplayer courses: Levels originally from Overcooked! are playable with online multiplayer support for the very first time, with every Overcooked! All You Can Eat kitchen also featuring cross-play functionality in a post-launch update
- Exclusive new kitchens & cooks: New levels, new chefs, and additional skins for every single chef – all exclusive to Overcooked! All You Can Eat
- Cooking for all: Accessibility options and a new assist mode opens the game to more players than ever before
Overcooked! All You Can Eat launches physically and digitally on Switch on 23rd March. It'll be available for £30/$40/€40.

Oh, well...
I have decided to choose PS5 version instead of Switch version.
It will be my PS5 starter games.
does it include the goat chef tho, the swedish chef
Thats cool and all but it sure sucks for the people who just trid the trail last week and ended up buying part 2 only for this to show up. also I feel like its kind of pointless having it on the switch but not everyone (Proabably a lot of people) don't have a ps5 so this is nice.
Having played through both of these, I can't recommend them enough. And if you are unfortunate and do not have others to play with, that is fine, I am just as unfortunate and manged to play though the whole thing solo just fine.
I wonder if all game data is on the cartridge. If so I would buy it.
I literally bought both last week ( especially the deluxe bundle for 2) and then this comes out....
So did they make one package with everything included like it’s a new game or is it treated as two games and you pick which to play when you first boot up?
This seems poorly timed.
The free trial with the discount is still active on NSO, very surprised they revealed this bundle in the middle of it.
What about those who have already the games and the dlc? Screw them?
Well glad I held off then.
Saving all money on ports and new releases for the inevitable PS5 / Xbox Series purchase I'll be making. I almost got AC Black Flag on Switch but remembered I bought it on Xbox like 4+ years ago so it's just waiting there in the cloud for me. Plus 4K and 60 FPS does sound nice when I already have Overcooked 2 on Switch
Will there be a fizzy cool edition?
I have both games on Switch but not Overcooked 2 DLC. Guess I’ll get it on Steam when it is on sale.
Damn it, I just bought Overcooked 2 thinking it wasn't gonna port to Switch...
Wow. Just bought Overcooked 2 digital last night because we were tired of digging the cartridge out when switching between local co-op games. Even bought a DLC. It was cheap, but still.
That's the new rule now. Local co-op we need a digital copy. Too much cartridge swapping between Puyo Puyo Tetris and other games... we just bought Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 on digital for the same reason. Rayman Legends was on sale: digital double-dip.
Great game but a bit cheeky to actively encourage people to try out Overcooked 2 then announce the bundle so soon.
If you wondering what it looks like the game, check this video.
The game has 2 games inside including All the DLC.
I think it's a bit of a D-move to announce this AFTER offering Overcooked 2 as a Game Trial (with a sale too).
I bought 1 and 2 because I enjoyed playing it with friends. I'm not too salty about the extra content (especially as Switch doesn't get 4K or 60 fps), but I would have waited for the package for crossplay...
Wow I didn't expect Switch to get the All You Can Eat Edition and a physical version at that. I already purchased a copy for PS5 but if the Switch version comes with all of the content on the cartridge then I'll gladly double dip.
