Playdigious has revealed the Switch release date for Dungeon of the Endless, a game brought to Nintendo's platform in partnership with SEGA and Amplitude Studios. It'll be available from 15th May with a launch discount to boot.
The game is a roguelike tower-defence title which sees you and your team of heroes protecting a generator from your crashed ship, all while exploring an ever-expanding dungeon. You'll be standing up against waves of monsters along the way, discovering special events as you try to find your way out once and for all.
Game Features:
- Gather A Team: Form a team of heroes, each with their own strengths (and psychoses). Equip them, deploy them, and learn powerful abilities. Manage the balance between ex-prison inmates and guards.- Build Your Defenses: Use the Dust you gather to power the rooms. Use scarce resources to help your team survive. Build minor and major modules to hold off waves of monsters. Decode Endless ruins to discover life-saving technologies.
- Open The Door: Each door is a danger; prepare yourself and your team for anything. Explore and discover an infinity of levels and layouts. Carry your crystal through waves of monsters to the exit of each level. Fight your way to the surface to discover the truth about Auriga.
You'll find it available to pre-purchase on the Nintendo Switch eShop with 20% off up until launch, and you can also go ahead and order physical editions from Signature Edition Games.
It's proven to be pretty popular over on Steam; at the time of writing, the game has a 'very positive' user review rating with more than 7,000 players having their say.
