If you have a copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe sitting at home and feel up for jumping into a race or two, you could net yourself some lovely eShop credit to spend on your next favourite game.

Nintendo UK has announced the 'Nintendo UK VS Cup', in which players will be able to get stuck into some friendly Mario Kart 8 Deluxe online tournaments. Races will be taking place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and it's super-easy to get involved.

All races will be 150cc with pretty standard rule setups. You can take part at the following times by heading to the online menu in the game, selecting 'Tournament', and entering the relevant code:

Tuesday

If you fancy getting your hands on that eShop credit for your trouble, all you need to do is tweet a video clip from one of your races (just hold down the Switch's capture button during a race to record) and include the relevant hashtag. You'll be entered for a chance to win £10 worth of credit:
