UK chart data is now in for the week ending 21st December, revealing that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has claimed Christmas number one.
The game retained its position at the top of the charts from last week, selling best on PS4. Nintendo's presence in the chart is still relatively strong, however, with four Switch exclusives to be found as well as one or two multiplatform efforts - Just Dance 2020 sold considerably more copies on Switch than on any other platform this week.
Here's a look at this week's top twenty all formats chart:

Nice! Good news for Nintendo having so many top spots 😄
I own 3 from the top 10 on the Switch (if we count Pokemon S/S iterations as one): FIFA 20, Mario Kart 8 and Pokemon Shield.
It's a shame that a DLC code for Fartnite is beating a wonderful game like Odyssey in sales. It honestly makes me weep for the future of gaming.
Good on Nintendo
Now, Nintendo stock.... start going up!!!!
why on earth are people still buying Fifa?
I don't think the Nintendo Christmas Game which, I guess was Pokémon, was a strong enough game and Luigi's Mansion was not released as a Christmas seller.
@KBuckley27 We're a nation of sports fans, and Football is the biggest sport in the land. It's not hard to figure out.
Not surprised. Do not have COD, But love playing FIFA with my cousins now they in town. We won’t touch the Switch version, but every home has a home console to play it on
Great to see Luigi Mansion and Jedi fallen order still up there.
@KBuckley27 : It's a live game which changes player ratings every week based on live performances in online mode and (in a different way) Ultimate Team, too.
Let's look at it this way: it's like Pokemon but with real time battles, 11v11 and you can choose your team not only from a measly couple hundred but from 15.000+ characters!
(And as opposed to Pokemon, they exist in real life, too!)
;p
I can see Jedi Fallen order and Modern warfare, but Fifa?
The news here is surely Luigi’s Mansion is still selling by the bucket load! Great great news. NLG must have the thumbs up already for LM4.
MW is a really fun game.
Biggest surprise on this chart is seeing Just Dance 2020 and Mario & Sonic 2020 remain in the Top 10 for much of December.
Both franchises were juggernauts on the Wii, collapsed hard on Wii U, and are now being revived on Switch.
