Imagineer has shared a brand new video and the track listing for its upcoming Switch exclusive Fitness Boxing.
If you've missed the news with this one, Fitness Boxing is a soon-to-be Nintendo-published title that has players taking part in boxing-based workouts, all while strutting their stuff to instrumental versions of popular hits. The idea is that you hold one Joy-Con in each hand, punching, weaving, and squatting your way to calorie-burning victory.
We still have a couple of months to wait before we can check the game out for ourselves, but we can now get a good look at exactly which songs are set to be featured. It's a slightly odd, but relatively pleasing, mix of old and new.
If you want to see the game in action, here's that new video we mentioned earlier. The whole thing seems to be sitting somewhere between Just Dance and Wii Fit, which could actually work rather nicely.
The game is still set to arrive both digitally and physically on 21st December in Europe and 4th January in North America.
What are your thoughts on this one? Are you thinking of picking it up when it launches this winter?

My fiance loves these fitness games, I'll try to hide this one from her but she's inevitably going to sniff it out and make me play.
It’s difficult to express just how much this isn’t for me.
Looks interesting. I'll probably justify buying it because it will help keep me fit during the winter : )
Those songs are PERFECT for a boxing game, cos they make me wanna punch things!
I was hoping for a new Anaal Nathrakh track!
Could be fun. Song list seems to be pretty similar to Just Dance games.
Had no idea about this game, my wife will love it! Shame is going to miss Christmas for us but will definitely get it eventually!
I could only stomach about eight seconds of those voice recordings.
T.Rex 20th Century Boy from out of nowhere!
@Frenean Yeah, whatever, you like them really, otherwise you wouldn't of commented
So no wii fi- I mean Switch fit?
@Bunkerneath
Sh-shut your mouth! 😆
This actually looks like a bit of DDR except with your hands.
I was interested in the idea of a Joycon based boxing/fitness games, but I was definitely thinking more along the lines of 'Punch Out' than 'Let's Dance'.
I'm pretty sure including pop songs will help boost the sales and expand the target demographic... but for me personally, I'm far less interested in playing Punch Punch Revolution.
Cartoon Heroes by Aqua ?!
Btw, why the heck this game rated TEEN / CERO B ?
This Boxing Fitness game is NOT a Violence Fighting games like Street Fighter.
Can't wait for the Venetian Snares DLC
Not enough 80s music in the tracklist for my liking. The game looks pretty fun though.
That tracklist is an atrocity. I like the concept, but there is no way I'm ever buying a game with songs that bad.
I'll wait for "Switch Fit" if such a thing is coming. Otherwise I guess my Wii U will continue to get service for the sake of Wii Fit U.
A lot of these songs were relevant in what, 2011? Then again I only listen to video game music so what do I know...
The only song they needed to include was "Eye of the Tiger", and they somehow didn't include it!
There is something incredible about Americans shadow boxing to the Nolans.
That song list and the game video are competing on what can convince the most people not to buy this game
I rather just play KH3 from my stationary bike in January 😅
Cold be fun to play with the wife
@Anti-Matter Maybe lyrics?
@kevin74
Oh, yeah.
Probably.
So much edge in the comments. Too cool for these tracks. Reminds me of the 13 year olds that think they are too old and mature for Mario and Pokemon, meanwhile all us older mature people in our 30s are playing Mario and Pokemon.
That song list is TERRIBLE! Why can't Nintendo just put out some original songs instead of this played out garbage?
