2018 rolls ever onwards and the Switch library continues to grow and grow. October saw the release of the rather lovely Super Mario Party, Starlink: Battle for Atlas, Dark Souls: Remastered, as well as many other digital delights.
So, what's on the horizon for Nintendo Switch fans for what's left of 2018, then? We've compiled a list of all the good stuff coming out at retail in November and December, so feast your eyes and prepare your wallets - this could be painful.

Diablo III: Eternal Collection - 2nd November
The Diablo III: Eternal Collection is an unparalleled action role-playing experience and contains Diablo III, the Reaper of Souls expansion set, and the Necromancer class together in one definitive volume. You won't want to miss this one. We rather liked it in our review and feel the Switch is the best way to play this game now.
Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! - 16th November
The moment we've all been waiting for has almost arrived. Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokemon: Let's Go, Eevee! bring the experience of a classic Pokemon RPG to Nintendo Switch with beautiful HD graphics and gameplay that is easily approachable for newcomers to the series, but is also deep enough to keep veteran Trainers on their toes.
You may also wish to pick up a Poké Ball Plus accessory to give yourself the ultimate Pokémon Let's Go experience!
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - 7th December
December's must-have Switch game is not up for debate. Legendary game worlds and fighters collide in the ultimate showdown. Fighters, like Inkling from the Splatoon series and Ridley from the Metroid series, make their Super Smash Bros. series debut alongside every Super Smash Bros. fighter in the series ever.
Ultimate lets up to eight players square off in action-packed battles that are all about smashing beloved video game characters off the screen. You won't want to miss this.
More Awesome Nintendo Switch Games
Aside from the highlighted games above, there are lots more Switch retail games which might take your fancy in November and beyond.
Awesome Accessories For Your Switch
We saw a whole slew of interesting accessories released for the Switch in the past few months, but more are on the way. Here are some tantalising accessories coming up in November and beyond, which we found for your consideration.
Something Extra
We thought you might also like to know that after weeks of being sold out everywhere, it's now possible to order the Japanese version of the Neo Geo Mini console, along with controllers and other items.
So that's it for November and December - did we miss anything? Let us know with a comment and also tell us if you've pre-ordered any of these goodies!

''The moment we've all been waiting for''.
I have, but i don't think everybody...
You can buy Super Smash Bros Ultimate on Friday in the Switch bundle. You can't play it until Dec 7th, but you can buy a code now.

Got Let’s Go and Smash pre-ordered.
Games that also interest me from the above are Monster Boy, Moonlighter, Tales of Vesperia and New Super Mario Bros. When will I actually buy and play them? No idea, there’s way too much available nowadays. Especially if you play on other systems as well.
Buying Minecraft Story Mode Season 2 months after the company went out of business seems a little weird. You know all the people who made it aren't getting paid for it, they've all been fired, might as well just watch it on Youtube, same effect for the little guy.

Diablo 3, Civ 6, PokeGimmicks, and Smash Bros for me. The only really exciting Switch game this year is Smash though. Lets hope 2019 looks as great as it does right now in comparison
@rjejr SO with the Smash Direct the day before we can hopefully expect it to go up for pre order and pre download on Friday. Otherwise releasing the bundle so early really doesn't make sense.
I am already riding the Diablo hype train, can't wait!
FYI The Shovel Knight amiibo will release with the expansions in April. They shouldn't be on this list.
I choose you, Pikachu !

On December 2018.
I thought Death Mark was supposed to be coming out today, but it seems it's been pushed back to February.
This isn't a guide, it's an ad.
Looking forward to the Mega Drive and Atari collections due out soon.
Let's Go Eevee, Super Smash Ultimate, SNK 40th Anniversary, and Sega Genesis Classics are preordered from amazon. Wonder if Atari Flashback Classics will show up on there one day or of its Walmart and Gamestop exclusive?
Also: If Civilization VI reviews well I'll grab that up.
@TheGhostWhoWalks thanks for letting us know. Are you paying NL's bills this month?
I need monies and more time to play.
@rjejr : I believe that they are still contractually obligated to release a few more titles (including Minecraft Story Mode Season 2) hence a small number of staff are still in a job.
I expect it to be quite limited though.
Salt and Sanctuary looks nice, but glad it's only $30
EVERYTHING from Hori should be banned from this planet
(I could go into it, but most people already understand)
Oh boy Diablo III and Civilization VI... that's 1000's of hours. It's dangerous, even!
I hope V-Rally 4 is good since the Switch doesn't have that many racing titles.
And now I'm tempted to import both Psikyo collections, too - they're not expensive.
@Reverandjames
I've never played any Diablo game, but when a friend told me it was like an isometric Gauntlet clone, i was on top of it (was huge fan of the old Gauntlet arcade games)
that zelda protector had me till i saw the back of it. sigh.
Still need to find a money tree. I always hate seeing these because then I realize how big my backlog/wishlist is.
@Kiz3000 "pre order and pre download on Friday"
I'm surprised it isn't up for pre-order on the Switch eShop yet, I never looked as I pre-ordered physical on Amazon for the 20% discount, and I haven't been on the Switch in a couple of weeks. It probably will go up for pre-order after the ND tomorrow but I don't think they'll let people start to download it just yet, it probably isn't even gold yet as it isn't due out until Dec 7th. If they let people pre-download starting on Dec 1st that will be plenty of time.
Personally I'm hoping for an online beta this weekend. Three random hours like Spaltoon 2. Of course it will be for NO subscribers only to help push paid subscriptions. I've been saving my free trial for it.
@Vepra same here! I hope I will find other players to play with! I grinded the story far too often haha
Does somebody know in which language I would be able to play Senran Kagura Peach Ball? I heard it just releases in Asia for now?
@Silly_G We'll they'll release it, and take what money they get to pay off their debts, or the corporate bigwigs running the bankruptcy into the ground. But the arrangement you always hear for not stealing games is the people who worked so hard to make the games need to get paid, well the people who actually made this game will almost certainly not see any of this money as they were fired already. The company will still get the money, but the men and women who actually made the game probably aren't there any more to collect.
Do you want to give this company any of your money?

that Neo-Geo Mini is so dumb, it could have been setup like a regular handheld, but they made an arcade machine that fits in your palm, with the stick 3/4" from the buttons and the angle of the screen VERY unfriendly not to mention the SIZE of the screen, it's cute as a desktop nifty standing next to your Samus Aran and Nikola Tesla Pop Funko dolls, but in reality, it's totally screwed, it is terribly clumsy, cumbersome and tedious to play even when HDMI hooked up to tv, the controls are just fracked up and unplayable, but they want $150 for it ?!?!
oh wait, even more insulting, they are charging $150 for it, but then have the balls to tell you tv cable NOT included we want $10 more on top of that !!!
yet it continues to get worse, to be ACTUALLY playable, they sell a controller, for yet ANOTHER $33, and it's not even wireless, gets better, it's not only cheap wired with a huge price tag, but it's not even USB, it's proprietary, so it can't be used on anything else, how often do you plan on playing this thing ???
that's a total of $193 !!! WTF ???
DAAAAAMN !!! they more egotistical than Donald Trump !!! (and that is VERY difficult)
@xpromisedx Me and two of my colleagues already preordered so we'll grind day one
@Vepra i dont know if i am able to play day1 but maybe on saturday. I have it already preloaded maybe we can join up anyway!
@Haywired I know a reviewer who is playing the game right now. Where have you seen that it got delayed?
@Yasume
Amazon UK
Pokémon for me
Not super hyped about Smash, but will probably get it anyway.
Diablo III on the other hand... Friday can’t come soon enough!
Will get smash, let's go pokemon, snk, Atari, mega drive classics, gear club 2, new super Mario, NBA playgrounds 2 and probably other surprises that may popup before the fiscal year is over.
I'm looking forward to Smash, largely because of the enormous amount of content they've managed to squeeze into it, and I'll pick up the SEGA Mega Drive collection (which isn't mentioned in this article, hope it's still coming out...) but other than that, not to be too gloomy about it, but it's about as barren a holiday season as I can remember... :/
So much gaming goodness. I don't have the money to buy all I want. Smash, Pokemon, Civ 6, Grip, Diablo ect.
Going to have gamefly most of them.
Diablo 3 and Civilization 6 for me!
Let's Go and Smash to finish out the year. Both games I'm not a die-hard fan of, but getting for family fun with my kids.
Let’s Go, Smash & Vesperia are preordered. I also want to get Ark Survival Evolved and the Let’s Go console for myself (it’s a birthday and Christmas gift for me).
@jhewitt3476 They also rotated the buttons 90 degrees, so it's like if Nintendo sold you a SNES controller with GameCube button placement.
@KingMike
yah, I noticed that too, but I didn't want to sound too "Preachy" LOL
Loling forward to Smash Bros and Guacamelee 2. I want Katamari, but I still have a PS2 with that game perpetually plugged in, so I don’t NEED it.
@Haywired @Yasume It's on the UK & US Eshop now, must just be the physical version that's delayed.
SNK Collection
Megadrive Collection
Atari Flashback
Those 3 are definites. Civilisation VI depends on how the port is. I'm having reservations about Smash now, think I might just skip it. Never been a huge fan and I'd be buying it just to play 1v1 For Glory online, which I enjoyed on Wii U but I'm not sure it's worth spending $60 for one mode.
@Reverandjames I'm saying no at this point due to the interface. It was made for a mouse and I don't think moving a cursor around on thr screen will be fun with a controller. Will see
Dragon Marked for Death is not on that list and damn well should be lol.
Lots of games I'm getting, but the big ones are
Diablo 3
World of Final Fantasy
Civilization VI
Pokémon Lets Go
Smash Ultimate
New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe
Tales of Vesperia
Ark Survival Evolved
Also for retro, cause VC on Switch rocks:
SNK 40th Collection
Atari Collection Vol 1-3
Genesis Collection
Capcom Action Belt Collection
And Atelier Nelke, V-Rally 4, GRIP... there's a lot of games coming to Switch in the next 60-90 days.
Two solid months here. I'll be grabbing:
Smash Ultimate(Day 1)
Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu
Civ 6
Sega Genesis Collection
Diablo 3
Sega Ages Phantasy Star(came out today in Japan, probably early November here in the West)
Ark(probably)
GRIP(maybe)
As for January, Tales for sure. NSMBU Deluxe is a maybe. Depends on how much extra worlds/levels there are.
Lot's of money to spend soon. Pokemon, Smash, Civ 6, Tales of Vesperia, NSMB U DX, and Diablo 3. The backlog just keeps growing! Oh and probably that Genesis collection too.
Oh, but the Switch has no games. Remember that. Ports don't count.
Some good games comming, cant wait for them
@KryptoniteKrunch Have Nintendo mentioned any new content for NSMBU Deluxe? I know it's got everything from the original plus Luigi version, but is there new content coming too, or are you just hoping there will be?
@super08mario
Do we know what the amiibo will provide ingame ?
I love the first one but I was a bit disappointed by the (lack of) bonus content it triggered.
