Mine Cart Ruins Rumble - First Gem
The first gem is inside a pyramid of blocks during the second mine cart section.
Mine Cart Ruins Rumble - Second Gem
The second gem is behind a bunch of mud ghosts shortly after. There's a power block in the middle of them you can shoot to defeat them, then shoot the gem to grab it.
Mine Cart Ruins Rumble - Third Gem
After falling off the huge drop, keep an eye out behind you and you'll find the third gem on top of a bunch of blocks.
Mine Cart Ruins Rumble - Extra Challenge: Get The 1-Up Mushroom
After dropping dramatically off the rail track, you'll see a bunch of blocks with a power block in the middle of them. Shoot the power block to release the 1-Up mushroom and then the mushroom itself to collect it.
Mine Cart Ruins Rumble - Pixel Toad
Climb up the ladders and top on the bird near the mine cart. Pixel Toad is hiding beneath it.
