There's only a little over a month away until Octopath Traveler finally lands on Nintendo Switch, and if you're in the mood to celebrate, you may well want to take a look at some of the goodies available from this official merchandise range.
The products are only available from Japan, with no options to purchase them elsewhere, but Amazon Japan is currently offering international shipping to allow those of us in the west to import the products over. There's a nice spread of items available, including a poster set, acrylic stands, t-shirts, and canvas bags, so if you're excited for the game there will likely be something for you.
If we had to pick a favourite, though, we'd have to go for this screen cleaning cloth that acts as a map of the game.

If you want to check out the products and see how much it will cost for delivery to your area, take a look at the range here. Remember you can also grab these exclusive collectable cards from the official Nintendo UK store.
Are you excited for the game? Will you picking up any of these items? Let us know down below.

Can't wait! But I'm not one for expensive or otherwise merch unless it's a game I'm incredibly fond of. With a wife and 2 kids I don't get spare cash enough these days, have to settle for the odd game, and this is the definitely the odd game I'm going to get, not negotiable!
I'm glad it isn't an easy game as well, I'm dying for a decent rpg to sink my teeth into. And then Ys VIII is coming in July!! Woohoo
For something that looks like a well-made indie game (albeit with a lot of voice acting) they're really pushing the marketing. Especially for a new IP.
I have preordered this game and I believe I will play for the visual presentation mostly because it seems like such a generic jrpg otherwise, like there is nothing new or exciting about it other than the art style.
Can they put these in America? I want those standeees, how big are they and what are they made of
I pre-ordered the game in like... April? XD
I'd be down for some tshirts if they had them in the designs used for the bags. The current one looks kinda crappy.
The cloth looks nice but not at $15.
@SmaggTheSmug It's one of the few third party exclusive games coming to Switch, of course Nintendo is going to market it as much as they can.
The graphics do have a slightly generic indie look but that's just the downside of many developers reusing the same code in Unreal Engine. I think it still looks pretty good though!
