WWE 2K18 is on its way to Switch - as well as other systems, which will annoyingly get it earlier - and to create even more anticipation, publisher 2K Games has released a new TV spot which shows off the lyrical talents of one Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., better known to the music world as Snoop Dogg.
The spot - which carries the theme "Be like no one" - also showcases WWE superstars past and present, along with a small amount of gameplay footage - none of which is taken from the Switch version, we'd wager.
WWE 2K18 arrives on the Switch later this year.

I will keep my hype in check until they actually show some Switch gameplay videos.
Yeah need to see how bad or how good this looks on the Switch before I buy it.
The writer of the subtitle must be a Father Ted fan.
@antster1983 My Lovely Horse?
Trash attracts trash.
Ew....
@Bunkerneath Yep, that's from the very same episode, "A Song for Europe". A fan favourite.
If what they do with this game is similar to what they did with 2K18... uggghhhh... Well, I'll just leave it at that.
They should spend less money hyping their games and more money making sure they launch without being partly broken.
How many terabytes will a save file be?
@thesilverbrick 20 gigs per save file
need to pay 2k to be good in 2k games made by 2k.
Looking forward to this.
After the trash that is NBA 2K18, let's hope this one isn't the same quality.
If Fire Pro releases first for the Switch, it will be my wrestling game of choice by a country mile.
I'm actually moderately excited for this. I have absolutely no interest in pro wrestling, but wrestling games are always good for a laugh; and we've not had a portable one since THQ folded, so I might as well support this - provided there's not reports of major performance/stability issues coming out before/around launch.
Saw this on RAW last night. Awesome promo, I love it.
It's a long time since I played a wrestling game. Can I be hulk, macho, Jake, boss, giant, ultimate.....?
Less see how the Switch version handles before we get excited.
Its a WWE Pokerap! XD
@Lord Not Hulk since they fired him a few years ago, mostly due to using the N word in a leaked sex tape Hogan sued and won the court case over. Since then, he's rarely mentioned and off the videogames till WWE decides enough time has passed.
The others though yes, I believe they're in this year's game. Something like over 200 Wrestlers I believe....
This is the most garbage promo I've ever seen. Snoop Dogg is one of America's biggest scumbags in the entertainment industry
Yuck.
May give the Switch WWE titles one more year to learn from any mistakes and just get the PS4 version instead. Visuals for PS4 will be greater but Switch portability makes it a coin toss.
If this has the custom soundtrack option from the Pre PS4 era and the dumb story creator thingy that was missing from 2K16 then I might consider it. Otherwise no dice.
The series does excel as good dumb party games, and the dumb customization stuff is what makes it so fun for me.
Im getting this
Snoops sucks. Just like the two games in this article lol
@retro_player_22 The game is great. I certainly hope they fix the issues that exist for some people, but I would much rather have this game than none at all. It's a ton of fun.
Cool ad. Almost makes me wanna get it lol.
