Not long ago SEGA unveiled its custom character feature for Sonic Forces, which will allow players to create their own hero to fight alongside modern and classic Sonic. There'll be plenty of options and different animal types that have various abilities, though some are concerned at what the dedicated Sonic fanbase will create with the feature...
In any case, SEGA has now released part of the music track for the Park Avenue stage that was shown in the custom character reveal. It was composed by Tomoya Ohtani; we rather like it.

Sonic Games always have great and kickass OSTs (well, almost always ... Rise of Lyric). The only better OST I know is Persona 5's.
Cheezy lyrics, catchy melody, upbeat. Yep, it's sonic music all right. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Catchy tune. Lyrics don't bother me either way, as I never pay attention to lyrics in songs.

Take the lyrics out and it reminds me of Turrican / Turrican 2 on the c64 and Amiga. Like😃

Amazing. But Sonic games usually have amazing music, even the bad ones (06, Secret Rings). We'll see at E3 if this game is truly great like its brother, Sonic Mania.
I hope this isn't Sonic Forces "Into the City" It's a good song definitely, I like the techno feel of it. But I want the Sonic Forces main song to be dark, dramatic. The entire world is in a destroyed state and everything's gone to hell. I want a song that can represent that, this song is a good rebellion song. But I want one that actually portrays the state of the world.
The song impresses me at least! It gets me motivated to play the game!

@Drac_Mazoku I thought Sonic Boom from Sonic CD was fun and catchy, and then found out everybody hates it. Oh, well.

@Ras Sonic Boom is a good song; people who hate it aren't worth your time.
Catchy, upbeat - the music will probably sound much better when you're playing the level at the same time. I've always been a fan of 3D Sonic games and the music is a big part of the fun.
I like Jungle Joyride (daytime) music from Sonic Unleashed too.
Pretty nice, but I could have done without the lyrics. Also, the new Botniks look weird.
