One of the annual highlights in the speedrunning calendar is already underway; Awesome Games Done Quick 2017 (AGDQ) has started, with days of impressive gaming lined up. Here's a summary for day two.
The second full day (or 24-hour window) includes gems such as Pokémon Emerald, Blaster Master, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes and more. You can check out the full schedule right here.
You can see it all unfold below:
We encourage you to visit the official site, of course, where you can donate and enter into draws for cool prizes. The stream is off to a good start and raises huge amounts every year, so here's hoping for a great week.

Don't forget the most hype speed game of all: Mario Paint Gnat Attack.
I... I seriously hope the guys are aiming to just finish Emerald, because if they want to complete it, which means 100%, well...

Ditto (Poképun not intended) for Melee, due to the guy down here.
@AlexSora89 you just kill yourself like 800 times on one-stock matches I think to get mewtwo (I know that still takes a lonnggg time tho).
@AlexSora89 Where did you read 100% or full completion? It says Any% for Emerald, which is to just beat the game, and it says All Events for Melee.
@bagajr
@HeroOfTime32
Goofed up on both games, er, both counts. Sorry!
