The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D is just over a week away, which is something to celebrate for fans of the franchise and those that vocally called for the remake over the course of a few years. It's such a unique and brilliantly executed entry in the franchise that we felt moved to award it a 10 in our review, a score we've only awarded to a handful of games in the past couple of years.
We love it, then, but Nintendo seems keen to show off its virtues to as many 3DS owners as possible. A surprise arrival in the eShop following today's download update - which wasn't listed in the official details earlier in the week - is a 3D video download of a trailer. The 70-second trailer takes up just over 100 blocks on your SD card, though like all video downloads the 3D effect is a simple dual-layer effort, so your slider will simply turn the effect on and off rather than adjust the depth.
We'll keep an out out to see if it appears in North America; as for you European 3DS owners, what do you think?
Thanks to RupeeClock for the heads up.

Nice. I like these downloadable trailers (I've downloaded all available video on eshop).
I hope it also comes to NA.
couldn't care less about the trailers right now. Game is out in 8 days
I don't understand why they don't just let you watch a 3D trailer right in the eShop. I know there are plenty of games that have 3D videos on their pages.
the game looks more interesting than other zelda games, but i almost always regret buying zelda games in the end. maybe i will get this once i find a cheap used version.
What are the differences between new and old 3DS for this game I wish the review had more on that.
dang it!!!though it was a demo
I'm getting it. Just because I can
@unrandomsam New 3DS-C Stick used for Full 360º Camera Control.
Old 3DS-Uses the camera style used in Ocarina Of Time 3D(L and R for turning the camera to face where the character is facing.)
Other than that, nothing else is different in terms of in game differences...
The trailer in 3D looks gorgeous!
@Dawn-Shade Which trailers do you have? So far, I have:
Zelda: Link Between Worlds, Luigi's Mansion 2, DKC Returns 3D, New SMB 2, Sakura Samurai, Paper Mario: Sticker Star, Super Mario 3D Land
I like these downloadable trailers. I have every one Nintendo have released so far
@6ch6ris6 Don't expect to find it cheap at a retailer, even used. Your best bet would be buying it off of another person from classified ads like Craigslist. As a reference, I go to exhibit A, Gamestop. They are selling used copies of OOT 3D for "only" $45.
@spider-manatee I own dkcr 3d, albw, ki:u, also dinosaur office and pikmin shorts. I can't find the rest you mentioned on the eshop. I guess it was limited time only.
@Dawn-Shade I'd like the Kid Icarus one if it's still available in the shop. I got some of them during the weeks of E3 and Direct events. Do you have access to the North American eShop? That might explain some differences in which trailers we have.
Am I the only one to find it blurry and hated the ghosting issues on it ? well ...
