Is this a first party deal?
@Aqueous No, it's a fan tribute from yours truly. Enjoy! v ^_^
@Shiryu
Thanks a lot for making this album man! I'm downloading it right now.
Ah, so this is what you were talking about. I'm going to download this now!
Thank you so much for your hard work, Shiryu.
Free music? And it looks like US can download it too! It didn't seem totally legitimate, but after checking the links I'm reassured. I'm glad you put the link to Shiryu Music in the article...the direct link seems kinda sketchy.
@Shiryu - Oh, thank you. Maybe I'll grab it later if I get a chance.
@Hunter-D @CapnPancakes Please enjoy!
@MasterWario Don't worry, CloudPT is a host service in Portugal much like Media Fire , Google Documents, etc
@Shiryu "Ah cool. Thanks dude. I'll get them when I get home."
Well done Shiryu! Just wondering if you've included "Together, we ride", and in that case which track is it?
@LichiRichi Yes it is, good sir. Lucky you, I got two versions of that one! Track 20 and Track 21.
Totolaly downloading when I gey home.
@Shiryu AWESOME!!!
Fantastic! Obrigado, @Shiryu!
@Klunk23 @zipmon Hope you enjoy!
AWESOME!!!!!! THANKS @SHIRYU!!!!!!
@Shiryu just became my favorite user.
"Path of Roy", "The Black Fang", SO MANY MEMORIES!!!!!!
@Philip_J_Reed @DePapier Thank you! Yes, remembering fondly the GBA games (and the first SNES game) I always wondered how the chiptunes would sound played in a rich, orchestral flavour as they are presented from the Game Cube onwards. I was happy with the end result. =)
@Shiryu Dude, I'm sorry, I can't stop praising, but I'll have to after this comment. I saw my childhood flashing before my eyes, it was just hysterical... :3 :3 :3
(I really made a wise decision of waiting till summer to buy Awakening, else I would flunk my upcoming final exams...) :/
Hell, I swear to God, if Awakening gets the mainstream all around the world, them folks over there at Nintendo and Intelligent Systems should make a worldwide Fire Emblem concert in 2015 to celebrate the series' 25 years in the making. You heard it here first.
I see old Hector next to regular Hector i see older Ike next to young Ike and old Eliwood next to regular Eliwood.
I guess you like Titania.
@DePapier You're absolutely right, the music of the series is incredibly rich, a concert "Video Games Live" style would be perfect!
@waterlava Guilty as charged. Or (ティアマト in her original Japanese name, translated as "Tiamat".
@Shiryu You're officially my hero.
@Mr_Video Ah, I'm just a lowly runt that loves music and had a fortunate childhood playing such awesome games. You should idol the original composers and the stuff they made with so little resources available back in the day.
I'm all over this!
@Shiryu Haha, I already do actually! I've loved all the work the composers have done in the series so far, but the music in Awakening is by far my favorite soundtrack done by them. I'm just glad someone appreciates the music in the series enough to make such beautiful arrangements of them!
It's going to take me a while to listen to all of them.
@ueI They may be 30, but the album is about 70 minutes. Could be far worse, my Xmas "SNES XX" album was 6 hours long! (and you can grab that one here: https://cloudpt.pt/link/f9b0df4f-e491-4b07-868f-d3aecf9d8ff6/Shiryu-SNESXX.zip )
Great compilation. Well done, sir.
I finished listening to it! They sound pretty nice, but I don't think I'm the target audience for a Fire Emblem album.
@Doma Thanks, glad you enjoyed!
@ueI would you prefer something more electronic? Most of my original albums are electronic so why not try.... "Mass Effectively"? Or perhaps "Tron Rezzolutions"? "Return ][ Arrakis"? Pick your poison, good sir: http://shiryumusic.no.sapo.pt/
@Shiryu You made this? That is amazing! Keep up the good work and thanks for making the tribute album for this amazing series!
@Shiryu Oh no! There isn't any problem with your album. I quite liked it, actually. But I only played 2 Fire Emblems and recognized 2 of the songs; surely I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have. And wow, you've been busy. I think I'll listen to Shiryu's Arcade and SNES XX next.
Oh man... I never realized there was such a talented user in our midst. This is a great Tribute album, and thank you so much for sharing it.
@ngamer155 Thanks I shall. Bu mos tof the credit must go to the original composers.
@ueI Ah, now I understand. Well, hope Shiryu's Arcade brings you memories you can connect with. ^_^
@Lunapplebloom It's my fault really, I have been coming to the site for ages, but never went to the forums (I have no time for that any more... ). When James was in charge before leaving to work at Nintendo, some of my remixes played in the NLFM Retro Chiptunes Podcast (someone really needs to continue that one!) and I even made the intro jingle for the NL Podcast! I have been hiding in plain sight (plain hearing?) all along. =)
Definitely going to download this later today. I love me some Fire Emblem why not enjoy some of its music on the go
the link doesn't work for me when I try to click on "download file" !?!
@gurtifus Strange, please try the Media Fire mirror: http://www.mediafire.com/?l0qwf9lxmg2tl7a
@Shiryu Sorry, I didn't know the download was started in background so when I clicked on download, it displayed an error.
I'm listening it right now and it's a very good job my friend !!!! Many thanks !!
@gurtifus There you go, no problem. =)
Thanks for letting us know. Downloading now.
