In January Nintendo of America reinstated all previous WiiWare demos while Europe looked on enviously. Well, readers in PAL regions, your time is coming.
An inside source has confirmed to us that previously removed WiiWare demos will be reinstated for users in PAL regions before the end of the month. Not only that, whereas in the past demos were removed from the Wii Shop Channel after a certain length of time, the returning demos will be available indefinitely.
While we wouldn't expect every single WiiWare demo to be restored – some developers may decide to opt out for various reasons — we do know there'll be a lot more free trials available before April rolls around.

Good. Will be interesting to see if i missed anything. Except for those that may not come back of course.
Wouldn't mind the 8-10 wiiware games that've been released in NA that haven't in the EU as well. That's just the ones I want btw
@KlonoaFan It was something to do with ratings as I recall — if the game didn't attain a bronze rating the demo was taken down. This post has a bit more about it.
Now this is good news! Can't wait to see some of the BIT. TRIP demos return!

I'll just say what I said back in January.
There has been no need to hide those demos.
In America there are 51 demos in total. How many are in Europe? It is just to compare because you said "we wouldn't expect every single WiiWare demo to be restored – some developers may decide to opt out for various reasons —"

If only ALL the VC and Wiiware games where here to stay!!!
That's good. A little late but I look forward to it.
I hope they get their act together with WiiU Ware Demos.
