The wii U eshop needs an update where they show an instant access button to the Wii shop, because i´m very sure a lot of people doesn´t know u can download games in wii mode.

Agreed, they really need to change the way Wii downloads work. I suspect they could do it technically, but with theVC at least, having it to buy the game from the eShop to get a Wii U channel might be viewed as a subtle incentive to double-dip.
I definitely agree something should be done, but I could also see Nintendo not wanting to do a wholesale transfer of the existing WiiWare catalogue (a lot of which is crap) into the eShop. Those games aren't in any way optimised for Wii U and a lot of them wouldn't show off the system in its best light. I could see them approaching devs/publishers about re-submitting existing WiiWare titles for eShop, but I don't think it's a good idea to put WiiWare games in there as-is to sell alongside HD content.
