Topic: Wii U Mario Kart bundle... no free game?

I bought the Deluxe set the other day, but can't seem to redeem my free game.
I know there's no code or anything, and it should just do it automatically when I link my account.
When I go to the shop, I still have the option of buying Mario Kart for some reason, and when I click on any of the games I should get for free, they try to make me pay for it.
Is there something I'm missing?

Did you register the console on Club Nintendo? And of course it's going to let you download the game, you have a physical copy of MK8.

There is a red card in the MK8 box, scratch the silver and add the code to your club Nintendo account. After a survey you will pick what game you want and you will get a code, input this code into the eshop on your Wii U and you'll have your game.

Do people just not read anymore?

Apparently I'm not the only one having these issues. I've read a ton of posts of people in similar situations.

Hold up do you have a physical copy (if so why are you trying to download MK8 on the e-shop?) or digital in which case the code should have appeared as an e-mail if you have linked your CN account to your Wii U.

I bought the MK8 wii u bundle. I should be able to choose one of 4 games for free.

Join club nintendo (use your computer), link your wii u to it through the e-shop, then go back on club nintendo and it will give you the offer.

join club nintendo, link your system to club nintendo, register mario kart to club nintendo then a prompt will appear asking you to choose a game. when you pick it you will recive a dl code. eazy

I try to download since 1 Jun (I register wiiu deluxe 1 Jun) but now I can't to download it because list download did't appear.
I email to ask nintendo 3 time but they did't answer or give information to me.

I might misunderstand what you need help with here, but If you're new to the Wii U and are looking for the download list, do it like this:
1. Press the Home button on the GamePad
2. Select the "Download Management" icon

I also currently has this problem, I bought mariokart8 deluxe set and have already register nintendo club and link with my WiiU.
But the game download didn't appear in my to-do list there were just a survey that i done and receive 150 free gold coins.
Will the list appear right away after i was submit the survey? or should i wait a little more? or i do anything wrongly?
