So I went to download New Super Luigi U DLC pack and couldn't believe it when I found that it was $50.00 to download it here in New Zealand! Love NSMBU and couldn't wait to download the DLC but jeez, that price is just way too steep and it goes to show how much of a rip off it is for NZ/Auz compared to the rest of the world.
So, I started a new profile on my Wii U and put my country of residence Spain. Went on the Spainish server and downloaded the DLC for 19.90 euro/whatever. Due to the conversion rate the DLC cost me $34.47!!! So happy, I will be doing this every time I download from the Eshop. It does make me sad because that's one less sale that this region of the world will record and therefore low sales may prevent games making it down here, but I am sick of being ripped off! O and I downloaded Bit Trip Runner 2 while I was at it
