Well, I do hate motion controls, but the wiimotes have the additional burden of not being rechargeable.

FWIW, I have one rechargeable original Nintendo Wiimote. Charges very fast.

Is it only motion controls or can I use the Classic Controller on these?

Only Wii Remote and Nunchuk. The original Wii version didn't support the classic controller either.

The whole point of the Trilogy was for Wiimote support for the first 2 games. Why would you want to play it any other way if I may ask?

Super Metroid goes for $50+ and I got it for $0.30 on eshop

It's not the first rare game, but it is a welcome one.

This has to be one of the best deals out there! Three amazing games for just ten bucks is simply too good to pass up! That is despite owning the first two on Gamecube and the third on Wii, I just want the convenience of having them all in one place.

Did anyone try loading the save data from the Wii disc version with this? Wanna know if I can continue that, or if I'd have to start from scratch again.

I still can't believe it's happening...now if only that email eShop code I ordered would pop up so I could get it and start playing before the night ends, because I have no time to play tomorrow...

How do I save in MPT?

Controls seems to take getting used to but I'm having fun!

Are you playing the first one? Remember where you got the map. Its stations like those that allow you to save. Depending on how far you got you should have a save station just before a major fight.

Should I buy this even if I've never liked any of the Metroid games that came before these and I get disoriented playing FPS games?

Do you want to try to play this game?

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

You may be ok as it doesn't control quite like a fps but still I can't garrenty you won't get sick. I personally think it controls better then a fps.

Because tacked on motion controls suck and my hands cramp up like mad playing a game with this kind of control style for long.
Deal breaker for me too, sadly.

Don't feel compelled to try it based on previous experiences, but everyone makes it sound like I'm missing the greatest thing ever if I don't.
