I'm guessing Minish Cap might be an earlier one since it was part of the 3DS ambassador program. Same with F-Zero (I think it was called Maximum Velocity or something). I just played through Superstar Saga, so I probably won't get that if it is on the VC. I would think Pokemon would be on there but there might be trouble with trading.

They released several 3DS VC games last year. I do agree that more games from them would be great. Their support for any of the VC's has been pretty pitiful for the past couple of years.

Yeah, don't forget the also mysteriously released Super C without releasing the original Contra on 3DS VC, just like they did on Wii VC.
