Noooo... period.. Downloads are not physical copies.. physical copies are more rare.. downloads you just hit the net on whatever system and get it.. maybe if they said limited time offer.. and kept to that never offering the game again.. maybe.. at best.. but that would PO a lot of people in it's own right.. It's like a regular issue of a comic.. and a TPB.. if the regular issue is popular and rare enough.. the TPB reprint will not effect the price.. physical games will work the same way..

ive contacted nintendo about this. ive got a whole list of rare games they can add on the rare downloads program.
as the price for physical carts goes up they can raise the price on virtual console games.
Have you heard back from Nintendo? I hope they agree with you.
oh yes. they love this thread. if it goes through ill be getting some cash from this idea myself. i wont forget you when i make it
for example, i payed 340$ for one of my complete copies of earthbound, so its only fair that nintendo should charge maybe like 100$ for the download.
they can put little samson on virtual console and charge 300$. nwc download for 9000$
it would make me feel better about my purchases.
they can call them "rare downloads" and we can all be collectors! just think about it

nintendo should make rare downloads an app that shows the players games they'd like but that are hard to find in that Eshop filled with stuff!!
Nintendo should Buy Microsoft and turn windows in a NintendOS with RARE downloads of games not available in VC
We should get contracted by Microsoft to make people buy XBone instead of WiiU and then everything WiiU related would be "Rare"!
