I thought the game wasn't even finished...or cancelled or something over there. But anyways it is the first game, so it's not going to be as great as it was on Earthbound.
The game itself is finished. It's the localization stuff that was canceled before it was fully done.
That's it. Nintendo has won E3 for me. Also, is this the translation they made when it was supposed to come out in 91? Or did they re-translate it? If it's the latter, Hopefully they fixed the enemy encounter rate, because that definitely could've been better. Anyways, back to being happy!

Oddly enough I saw a typo in the trailer (not a major one, but "USEd" looks a little odd). I hope it's not a complete retranslation if they left in stuff like that.

I also noticed things like "Ninten took damage of 75." So, it looks like they kept most of the original translation intact. They probably only corrected the most egregious mistranslations.
EDIT: That being said, I truly hope they corrected the Giegue mistranslation.
