I haven't really looked at any of them, but right now I'd say no to all 3. I'm just not that big on RPGs, but I do like the idea behind Operation Rainfall.
honestly I'm not dying for them, so I don't think I would be preordering or anything. I think I would eventually pick up Last Story and Xenoblade, but I'm not promising I'd buy it new. I'd be 100% more excited about a Ni No Kuni PS3 announcement. I hope someone does something operation rainfall-esque for that.

Pandpra Tower isn't an RPG.
Ok, I guess I have a little research to do ... eventually.

I think I saw Ende level up in one of the trailers so it has some rpg elements. Ceres also levels up but its obviously for different reasons as she doesn't fight. Here level depends on her happiness which will rise if you visit her more often and give her monster flesh/meat to slow the curse more often. You will get a different ending depending on her level.I think she has to be at least level 8 to get the best ending. Despite there not being many characters, I've heard some people say that they found the best ending moving because of how well it was conveyed.
Only thing I have seen is pictures. So I can't make an opinion on it. They seem interesting, I need some game play footage to figure out if I want it or not.
yes. i am too lazy to look for it myself.

I'm definitely getting Xenoblade, it looks like the RPG I've been waiting for. Same thing sort of applies to The Last Story, but as for Pandora's Tower, that gets a resounding "NO!" from me.
“The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall.” - "Some men are born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them."
Pandora Tower: No. It looks like Devil May Cry. That's exactly the sort of game I bought a Wii to avoid.
Xenoblade: No. I hated Xenogears and Xenosaga. I loved the story and characters of Baten Kaitos so there's still a chance I'd enjoy it, but after Tetsuya Takahashi told Famitsu Magazine, "I wanted to return to the roots of the RPG genre, and make a game where the fun is in the adventuring itself," sounds like instead of being story driven this game is going to be a throw back, emphasizing on the things I like least about most JRPGs (dungeon crawling and combat). The gameplay doesn't look ground breaking either. It looks like a Final Fantasy XII clone with worse graphics.
Last Story: Maybe. Hironobu Sakaguchi (Final Fantasy creator) seems to understand that JRPGs have become too stale and formulaic, that gives Last Story some promise. However, I don't have as much faith in Mistwalker as others. I honestly wouldn't pre-order it, unless it was bundled with something I couldn't pass up. I'd want to rent this one before I buy.
