Astro Warriors (Surely revive Zanoni!) and Sega Pro Wrestling (you can bludgeon your opponent with a chair) would easily earn 9s in my book. I friggin loved those two games.

I thought Sonic Chaos for the Game Gear (I unlocked it in Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut) was a great title. The only thing that keeps it from making the highest possible score is that it can be beaten in around a half hour. Plus, I always choose Tails, 'cause Tails is awesome.
The only SMS game I played so far was Alex Kidd in Miracle World, and I thought it was tedious and boring. [Pulls out defensive shield +2575 Points]
BTW, are the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck games available for the SMS good?
The Mickey/Donald games where pretty good, fun traditional style platform games, there are better titles available like Sonic, but the Sega Disney games are good enough all the same.
