I need to charge my iPod Touch but I lack a computer that supports that at the moment. If I were to plug in my iTouch, would that mess with my Wii's power in any way? Just want to be sure, help would be much appreciated.
I tried once to charge my old iPod Shuffle through and the charge light blinked once and didn't do anything. I don't think it messed with the Wii internally though.
It shouldn't be a problem, my friend charges his phone and Wiimotes via his Wii all the time, it is handy as if you have Wii Connect on it will charge stuff even when it is in stand-by mode.
It has the same effect as Wii-Speak or a wireless keyboard I imagine, which is none. It must limit the flow, as my phone always charges a lot slower through the Wii, which like Stevie mentioned, I only do when the Wii's in standby.
